We are pleased to share with the community the results of the \u00abTeens Helping Teens\u00bb project, an initiative developed by the secondary school English academy, in which our students actively participated over the past few weeks. In this project, the young participants worked in pairs or teams of three to create video podcasts on topics of personal interest that they consider relevant to their age. The themes addressed included emotional health, academic stress management, interpersonal relationships, identity, responsible use of social media, and school coexistence, among others. Each team took an active role in researching, scripting, recording, and editing their productions, demonstrating great creativity, commitment, and collaborative work.<\/p>\r\n

During the week of February 3\u20136, these audiovisual materials were shown and shared with secondary school groups during school hours, generating enriching spaces for dialogue and reflection. The community\u2019s response was overwhelmingly positive: students showed interest by sharing their own experiences and appreciating their peers\u2019 efforts. We believe this experience was very valuable for everyone, as it strengthens our community and promotes meaningful learning, where our teenagers become protagonists and agents of change both inside and outside the classroom.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nAdolescentes ayudando a adolescentes<\/strong>\r\n

Nos complace compartir con la comunidad el resultado del proyecto \u00abTeens Helping Teens\u00bb, una iniciativa desarrollada por la academia de ingl\u00e9s en secundaria, donde nuestras y nuestros estudiantes participaron de manera activa durante las \u00faltimas semanas. En este proyecto, los j\u00f3venes trabajaron en parejas o equipos de tres personas para crear video-podcast sobre tem\u00e1ticas de su inter\u00e9s y que consideran relevantes para su edad. Los temas abordados incluyeron salud emocional, manejo del estr\u00e9s acad\u00e9mico, relaciones interpersonales, identidad, uso responsable de redes sociales y convivencia escolar, entre otros. Cada equipo asumi\u00f3 un rol activo en la investigaci\u00f3n, el gui\u00f3n, la grabaci\u00f3n y la edici\u00f3n de sus producciones, mostrando gran creatividad, compromiso y trabajo colaborativo.<\/p>\r\n

Durante la semana del 3 al 6 de febrero, estos materiales audiovisuales fueron proyectados y compartidos con los grupos de secundaria en horario escolar, generando espacios de di\u00e1logo y reflexi\u00f3n muy enriquecedores. La respuesta de la comunidad fue sumamente positiva: los estudiantes se mostraron interesados compartiendo sus propias experiencias y valorando el esfuerzo de sus compa\u00f1eros. Consideramos que esta experiencia fue muy valiosa para todos, ya que fortalece nuestra convivencia y promueve el aprendizaje significativo donde nuestras y nuestros adolescentes se convierten en protagonistas y agentes de cambio dentro y fuera del aula.<\/p>\r\n
