Another great way to work in the English class!

Last week 4th grade students practiced and recycled all that they have been learning throughout the year playing with an app called «Kahoot!»

Teachers previously prepared questions about vocabulary, grammar structures and verbs that they have seen so the students could put into practice all that they know so far. Using the iPads individually, they chose a nickname and they were ready to begin the work!

The teachers projected the questions on the board with several answers and the students, using their iPads, had to pick the right one playing against each other and against time. Students really enjoyed the activity! While having a good time in class they reviewed key concepts and when they had a mistake they could understand what it had been and how to correct it. This is another way to work in the English class.

Los alumnos de 4 grado de primaria practicaron y reciclaron los temas que han estado viendo a través de todo el año jugando con una aplicación llamada «Kahoot!»

Las maestras prepararon preguntas usando vocabulario, estructuras gramaticales y los verbos que han aprendido para que los alumnos pudieran poner en práctica parte de lo cubierto hasta el momento. Utilizando iPads de forma individual, escogieron su apodo y estaban listos para comenzar a trabajar.

Las maestras proyectaron las preguntas en el pizarrón con diferentes respuestas y ellos, en su iPad, tenían que escoger la respuesta correcta compitiendo con sus compañeros y contra el tiempo. ¡Los alumnos disfrutaron mucho de la actividad! Con el juego repasaron conceptos claves y si tenían un error podían entender cuál era y cómo corregirlo. Esta es otra de las formas que se trabaja en la clase de inglés.
