Our skills are blooming: integrated learning
Our preschool English program is meaningful. We consider that it is very important to apply what they have learned in the classroom to the real world, by encouraging them to notice what they are learning and how it is relevant to their daily lives. Everything they do is connected and it will help them to transfer knowledge.
This month, as part of the weekly projects, our preschoolers made a beautiful Mother’s Day card, identified the shapes and created beautiful drawings using a new app. This was brought to the class with some cut-outs that were used to identify the colours of the rainbow. They visited two more countries in the project Reading Around the World: Canada and England, and they discovered some important places and read a short story.
We work every day to keep our students engaged in interdisciplinary activities and to foster their curiosity, that will help them to learn and to find solutions.

Nuestro programa de inglés en preescolar es significativo y consideramos que es muy importante aplicar lo aprendido en el aula en el mundo real, al animarlos a darse cuenta de que lo que están aprendiendo es relevante para su vida diaria y que todo lo que hacen está interconectado y les ayudará a transferir conocimientos.
Este mes, como parte de los proyectos semanales, nuestros pequeños de preescolar hicieron una hermosa tarjeta del Día de la Madre, identificaron figuras geométricas y crearon hermosos dibujos usando una nueva app. Los niños trajeron a clase diferentes recortes que utilizaron para identificar los colores del arcoíris. En el proyecto Reading Around the World visitaron dos países más: Canadá e Inglaterra y conocieron algunos lugares importantes y leyeron una historia corta.
Trabajamos todos los días para mantener a nuestros alumnos involucrados en actividades interdisciplinarias y generar su curiosidad que les ayude a aprender y encontrar soluciones.
