XIII Shakespeare Competition

On the 28th, Stuart Cox a theatre director came to CCH  to talk with our students about the XIII Shakespeare Competition that is going to take place in March. This competition is open to students that are between 16 and 18 years old and the goal is to develop their language skills and dramatic talents through the interpretation of a Shakespeare’s monologue and sonnet.

There will be an internal eliminatory to choose 2 students to represent us in the final stage of the contest.

It is voluntary and so far some students are signed up to take part in this new experience with the English language.

El 28 de este mes,  Stuart Cox director de teatro vino al CCH para platicar con nuestros alumnos sobre el XIII Concurso de Shakespeare que va a tener lugar en marzo. Este concurso está abierto a los estudiantes de entre 16 y 18 años de edad y la meta está en desarrollar sus habilidades del lenguaje y talentos dramáticos a través de la interpretación de un monólogo y soneto de Shakespeare.

Habrá una eliminatoria interna para elegir 2 estudiantes que representen al Colegio Madrid, A.C. en la etapa final del concurso.

Es voluntaria la participación y ya algunos estudiantes se inscribieron para participar en esta nueva experiencia con el idioma inglés.
