The event Let’s learn About Art! was a success….
Last March the students of secondary presented their work regarding art that they worked in their classes during the previous bimonthly periods.
First graders learned about different painting styles and artists. Second year students learned about architects and architecture and 3rd grade students learned about photographers and their work style and presented the best works in the auditorium to their fellow classmates.
In the secondary patio there was an exhibition of posters of the painting styles and some models of famous buildings for their architectural form that the students made to show during their class presentations.
At the Galleria the teams displayed their photographs of the artist’s style or that they took imitating it. The series had a brief caption mentioning what they had wanted to capture. There were many excellent photographs!
The event Let’s learn About Art! was a success and the students learned many interesting aspects of the artistic fields they studied.
En marzo los alumnos de secundaria presentaron su trabajo sobre arte que estuvieron trabajando en los bimestres previos.
Los alumnos de primer año aprendieron sobre pintura, las características del estilo e importante información sobre varios artistas representativos de los estilos vistos. En segundo año aprendieron sobre arquitectos y arquitectura y en tercer año aprendieron sobre fotografía y los estilos de trabajo de varios artistas. Los mejores trabajos se presentaron en el auditorio a sus compañeros de generación.
Hubo una exposición de los posters que presentaban las escuelas de pintura y maquetas de edificios famosos por sus características que los alumnos hicieron para apoyar sus presentaciones en clase.
En la Galería los equipos de tercer año exhibieron sus series de fotografías que ellos tomaron imitando el estilo escogido o el del fotógrafo sobre el que trabajaron. Cada serie tenía una breve explicación sobre lo que ellos habían querido capturar. ¡Hubo excelentes fotografías!
El evento “Let’s learn About Art!” fue un éxito y los estudiantes aprendieron muchos aspectos interesantes sobre los temas de arte que estudiaron.
