Additionally, by encouraging reflection on individual progress, students can assess their own growth and set realistic goals for their continuous improvement.

For this reason, it is important to show and remind the students, through the bulletin board, the effort and process they make every day together with their classmates and teachers, to achieve collaborative and also individual learning.

En el Colegio Madrid consideramos que el reconocimiento de los alumnos hacia sí mismos es fundamental para su desarrollo personal y académico. Fomentar la autoestima, la confianza en sus habilidades y el reconocimiento de sus logros ayuda a promover un ambiente de aprendizaje positivo y motivador. Además, alentando la reflexión sobre el progreso individual, los estudiantes pueden valorar su propio crecimiento y establecer metas realistas para su mejora continua.

Por este motivo es importante demostrarles y recordarles a los estudiantes, por medio del periódico mural, el esfuerzo y proceso que hacen todos los días junto con sus compañeros y maestros, para lograr un aprendizaje colaborativo y también individual.
