Back at My School! In English class, fifth-grade students took part in an activity in which they reflected on and analyzed the feelings that best represented their first week of school. To do this, they had to consider several factors: seeing their friends again, no longer being able to wake up late in the mornings, starting once more with their responsibilities such as studying and doing homework, in short, returning to their study routines. The crucial part was that they had to choose just one word from a long list, a word that described the feeling that mostly prevailed in them during those first five days of the 2025–2026 school year. Finally, they created a group poster where each student placed the word that best represented how they felt. It was very rewarding to see that, although some students said they wished for a longer vacation, the feeling that prevailed was happiness that they were truly glad to be back at their school. ¡De regreso en mi Colegio! En la clase de inglés las y los alumnos de quinto grado de primaria realizaron una actividad, en la cual pensaron y analizaron sus sentimientos más representativos de la primera semana de clases. Para ello, debieron considerar varios factores: el volver a ver a sus amigos y amigas, el ya no poder levantarse tarde en las mañanas, el comenzar con sus responsabilidades de estudiar y hacer tareas, en resumen, el volver a sus rutinas de estudio. La parte crucial fue que tuvieron que  elegir una sola palabra de una larga lista. Y que esa palabra describiera el sentir que mayormente predominó en ellos y ellas, durante esos cinco primeros días del ciclo escolar 2025-2026. Finalmente, realizaron un poster por grupo, en el que cada alumno y alumna pegó la palabra que definía su sentir. Fue muy gratificante ver que a pesar de que algunos y algunas alumnas mencionaban querer más vacaciones, el sentimiento que predominó fue que estaban muy felices de estar de vuelta en su colegio.   5° año de primaria
